When designing private houses, like no other project, the architect’s main challenge is achieving harmony between interior and exterior solutions. In creating this project, we first developed the internal functional zoning of the mansion and established a balanced plan connection between the indoor and outdoor environments. We then proceeded with developing the architectural appearance. Thus, when the plan and functional solutions align, the architectural appearance become complete and unique. Thanks to this approach, we have achieved various distinctive, intermingling spaces and original environments, which are rarely seen in conventional private house designs. The frontal solutions fearure dynamism, with internal courtyards and a pool integrated within. To enhance the material contrast with the white travertine facades, we selected Armenian red tuff with a partial relief treatment.
