Residential District

The project proposes a complex of townhouses on Bagrevand Street. Our objective was to break away from the repetitive form of similar buildings. For this purpose, the complex was designed with a universal image, integrating varied façade solutions: the shapes of the roofs, the positions of the balconies, the features reflected on the facades from the differences in the solutions of the plans, etc. The complex consists of two rows of attached buildings facing each other with a central garden serving as an inner yard. The garden includes alleys, a playground, and recreation areas. The facades were crafted with a delicate combination of wood, white painted walls, rough and hewn basalts, and black metal bars. The differences in roof designs provide the opportunity to make the roof usable for some typical houses.
