The project proposes a complex of townhouses on Bagrevand Street. The complex consists of two rows of attached buildings facing each other with a central garden serving as an inner yard. The garden includes alleys, a playground, and recreation areas. The facades were crafted with a delicate combination of wood, white painted walls, rough and hewn basalts, and black metal bars. The differences in roof designs provide the opportunity to use the roof for some typical houses.
