Green Avan

The complex, comprising six buildings, will have thirteen to eighteen ground floors each.  In designing the complex environment, our main objective was to minimize interactions between residents and cars. The complex features two distinct areas within the yard part: 0.0 and -5.0. Cars access the buildings at the -5.0 mark, where entrances to the parking lot, swimming pool, and sports halls are organized. Pedestrian movement is planned at the 0:0 mark, where the multi-purpose stadium, sports field and children’s playgrounds are located. Only entrances for fire and ambulance vehicles are planned at this mark. This design ensures that foliage at lower elevations will be visible at pedestrian level. To harmonize the complex’s appearance with the micro-district environment, the walls of the six buildings were recessed, and the buildings were visually separated by façade materials. This design choice creates the illusion of nine buildings instead of six.
