“Degustation” Food Station

This project was a remarkably interesting experience where separate concepts of restaurants and food courts were blended to function under one system. Here, cuisines of different cultures and their characteristics seem to have landed at one place or one station where the visitor will have the opportunity to come across different destinations. Based on this idea, the design of the hall incorporates the spirit of the old European station, with metal covers, joints, and brick walls. In addition, each kitchen stand is conceptualized according to the characteristics of its country and culture.
