“Amsterdam” Residential Complex

The chosen location of the residential complex is Yerevan’s Davit Bek Avenue. The complex comprises 13 annexes and two free-standing buildings, with a maximum height of five stories and additional attic floors in certain sections. Its character draws inspiration from the vibrant colors and diverse architecture of Amsterdam houses: each one is different from the other, yet very harmonious together. Subsequently, this resemblance gave the complex the name “Amsterdam.” By incorporating local natural stones and visionary design solutions, we aimed to create a project that fosters a deep connection with our city and its environment and highlights the unique features of its location.
