“Red Line” Residential District

The design proposal for the “Red Line” residential district was introduced for Garegin Nzhdeh Street in Yerevan. Within the neighborhood, there is a workshop, a dormitory, and a residential house. To ensure a tranquil environment for the residential building, a green zoning area is planned as a dividing element. The residential buildings, comprising three 16-story structures, are designed with all floors dedicated to residential purposes. Additionally, two underground floors are allocated for parking spaces. The architectural design incorporates bold color accents on the facades, utilizing red elements against a backdrop of white-painted surfaces to create distinct zones.
