Located on Komitas Avenue, this office is engaged in the construction and sale of real estate. A model of one of under construction buildings of the group stands out as a strong feature in the center of the main hall, greeting guests. The main design is focused around this showcase, we tried to solve the office with strict, somewhat luxurious, with accent details and the predominance of wood. To brighten the space and give the sense of a taller ceiling, we covered the ceiling with white metal. Wood and perforated ceilings were also used for their soundproofing properties, which is of primary importance in office design. The office consists of a main work hall and separate rooms attached to it. Since the main hall is used for customer service, advertisements will be shown on an LED screen mounted on the largest wall in the space.
