The complex was designed on Nork Summer House Street, in the area of the workshop. The main goal was to preserve as much as possible the existing production and storage buildings on the site while transforming them into spaces for business centers, and offices. This design choice takes into account the unique topography of the area and the presence of neighboring high-rise structures on the south side. As a result, the facades of residential buildings predominantly feature extensive glazing, employing insulation techniques for optimal energy efficiency. The incorporation of various curving and lightweight balcony solutions adds an original aesthetic touch to the overall design.
