The complex is located on Moldovakan Street in Yerevan. The complex consists of three gradually rising buildings, separated from each other by technical corridors, and has a maximum of 11 floors. The first floor of the residential complex, which holds public significance, will feature a high transitional winter garden. Glass-enclosed commercial stalls will be arranged in this area, following the principle of islands. To highlight the character of the public floors, this zone will be covered with black tuff and basalt, while the upper floors will have lighter designs. The main cladding is white travertine, complemented by white decorative paint, palm tuff cladding, etc.
