Within the scope of this project, a global study was conducted on the architectural appearance of child development facilities, as well as their internal structure and teaching methods. The functional zoning of child development centers and their relationship with other public spaces were thoroughly examined.

Schemes were developed in which development centers serve as the primary function, with various public locations serving as secondary functions. The architectural solutions and interior design of the development centers are closely tied to their educational approaches.”. change it to this: “Various schemes were devised in which development centers serve as the primary function, with various public locations serving as secondary functions. The architectural solutions and interior design of the development centers are closely tied to their educational approaches.

Through the research, several functional zoning strategies were identified, including one based on the trajectory of a child’s chaotic and restless movement. Proponents of this approach believe that children cannot feel free in spaces with a straightforward layout; consequently, some modern development centers have eliminated straight walls and corners.

Some centers’ philosophies promote exposing children to a variety of sensory experiences, sizes, and tastes from a young age. In these facilities, significant emphasis is placed on differences in scale, color choices, and the inclusion of taste, auditory, and other sensory games. This study is highly informative and innovative, especially considering that none of these methodologies are currently utilized in the Republic of Armenia.
