“Benedict” Restaurant by Florence

Located within the Florence restaurant, this hall’s design was based on an existing old hall, known as Benedict. The primary objective was to expand the area, leading to the closure of a section of the yard and the creation of a winter garden indoors, accompanied by a complete overhaul of the kitchen system. It was necessary to increase the area. The character of the hall combines elements of colonial and industrial styles. The concept was inspired by the desire to evoke an atmosphere reminiscent of a café situated on the rooftop of a New York high-rise in the 1940s. The branding for Benedict was developed by the MAROG company.
