The venue was previously occupied by the Fish Club restaurant, and the decision was made to reimagine it and introduce a fresh concept. The aim was to capture the essence of Alaska’s untamed wilderness, lifestyle, and the characteristics of its meat cuisine. The goal was to transport the visitor to Alaska, on a wet and foggy evening, to a building on the shore of a cold mountain lake. The elegant environment was complemented by elements reminiscent of wild forest houses: a roughly mixed row, antlers hanging on the walls, leather decorations obtained from hunting, wooden, warm solutions, appropriate lighting, and low-hanging unique chandeliers.
