Nork Tetris
The complex, consisting of 9 buildings arranged around two common yards, boasts 14 to 18 floors each. From the project’s inception, the goal was to create facades with a dynamic, non-repeating image. Numerous sketches were produced, drawing inspiration from the concept of Tetris. This approach stemmed from the design team’s collective childhood spent immersed in the game—a demographic that aligns with the target buyers of the apartments: young individuals.
The Tetris theme informed the visual identity and dynamics of the project. This strategy rendered the upper floors of the buildings visually lighter. The complex features two spacious, green courtyards, also inspired by the Tetris game concept, featuring folding benches of various contours and children’s play areas.
Externally, the buildings are designed with ventilated facades predominantly clad in fiber cement, metal, and basalt materials.
