This conceptual project offers a proposal for a single house located in the Vahagni district. The goal was to create a house where you can fully relax and escape life’s troubles and work commitments. The design aimed to establish a unique and light aesthetic inspired by the “American classic” style.To achieve the vision, we used elements such as natural stone, wood paneling, brick, black metal, wide openings, gable roofs, light and contrasting dark wall paint, clean concrete trimmed modern stairs, light metal railings, rough stonework, and wooden sun shutters. These elements were delicately combined to form a harmonious composition.

A notable feature of the design is the opportunity to access the garden from different levels of the house, providing a distinct advantage and an interesting solution to the project.
