The house is located in Geghadir village of the Kotayq region. Initially, it was a two-story rural structure with a mansard floor, featuring a paneled exterior. Taking inspiration from the Scandinavian style, natural, elaborate wooden cladding was used on the walls, roof, and balcony pillars, while the exterior walls were painted white. Various details such as hanging vases, wall-mounted lampshades, the chimney, and other elements were carefully completed and enhanced. Inside, the natural wood used in floors and ceilings is sorted with white walls, unique light furniture, and scenic views of nature coming in from the windows.
