Situated on the top floor of a recently constructed multi-story building, this penthouse showcases a blend of industrial, loft, and minimalistic styles. With its high ceiling, a mezzanine floor was incorporated, increasing the apartment’s surface area, and adding intriguing spatial solutions. Black steel details, pastel colors on the walls, rusty metal furniture samples, fabrics, processed tree stumps, a wooden ceiling, and decorative plaster imitating concrete are boldly used here. All these elements come to life with wide stained-glass windows, allowing sunlight to infiltrate the interior space.
