The office is located on Vazgen Sargsyan Street, in the center of Piazza Grande business center. It is divided into several work areas, such as kitchen, rest areas, meeting rooms, and offices. The “brand book” of this asset management company was rich in accented colors, which was the basis for designing large colored areas in the project. The office is generally designed with a predominance of white color, and the majority of areas are accented with color. Branding colors are used to highlight the reception area, small conference room, recreation area, administrative staff room, and other spaces. We focused on the functional separations of the space during the design process, which allowed us to create an office that is spacious, airy, and light.
