“The Lake Residential Complex” is a conceptual project proposed for the area adjacent to Yerevan Lake. It comprises two buildings with a maximum height of 9 floors, interconnected by corridor connections. The complex features residential zones, as well as office and business areas, with public spaces on the ground floors. The use of white walls, wooden paneling on balcony ceilings, sun-protecting wooden pergolas, and a delicate combination of muted and transparent volumes results in an original and light image for the complex, deviating from the stereotype of heavy and repetitive high-rise building designs.
