The concept of the neighborhood revolves around a volume-spatial organization centered on a system of courtyards aligned along a single urban planning axis. In total, 16 sectional and the above-mentioned 3-point residential buildings are planned in the district.

The courtyard areas are organized into multifunctional mini-sports fields, playgrounds, separate zones for walking and relaxing, as well as green spaces with tree planting.
